主啊！ 讓我做您的工具，去宣揚和平。
在滿是憎恨的地方，我要播下愛心的種子；
在滿是創痛的地方，我要播下寬恕的種子；
在滿是疑慮的地方，我要播下信心的種子；
在滿是頹喪的地方，我要播下希望的種子；
在滿是黑暗的地方，我要播下光明的種子；
在滿是悲哀的地方，我要播下喜樂的種子。
神聖的主啊！
願我不乞求他人安慰，只求安慰他人；
不乞求他人諒解，只求諒解他人；
不乞求他人撫愛，只求撫愛他人；
因為在施捨中，我們有所收穫；
在寬恕他人時，我們也被寬恕；
在喪失生命時，我們將復活而獲得永生！
